Heart of Texas Outreach (HOTATX) is an Austin based non-profit started by two native Austinites. We've seen firsthand the changes our city has experienced and how those changes have affected marginalized communities.
We are here to expertly serve our unhoused neighbors through outreach, engagement, group therapy in non-traditional settings, such as in encampments, and resource navigation.
Services
Outreach
Comprehensive outreach approach that is proactive addressing the trauma associated with the experience of homelessness.
Group Therapy
Our therapy program, Reaching Others Left Out (ROLO), provides group therapy in non-traditional settings such as directly in encampments.
Resource Navigation
Support and assistance in navigating the homeless response system.
Community Education
Complimentary outreach trainings available for CoC members or any group seeking to enhance their outreach services.
